Case Study: Scaling the SCREENSYIT Media Ecosystem
How niche, audience-first media properties were expanded across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X through a repeatable content system.
The challenge
Building an audience on a single social platform creates unnecessary risk. This project focused on growing a group of niche media properties while reducing dependence on any one algorithm or format.
The approach
The SCREENSYIT ecosystem grew across technology, automotive, lifestyle, and cinema-related niches. Each property kept its own audience focus, editorial voice, and publishing rhythm, while the underlying production system remained repeatable.
Instagram operated as the primary engagement layer. Facebook, Threads, and X supported distribution, timely commentary, and top-of-funnel discovery.
Content system
- Format-first content planning for carousels, Reels, stories, and text posts
- Weekly calendars informed by previous performance
- Trend monitoring and platform-native adaptation
- Cross-posting with adjusted aspect ratios, captions, and calls to action
Result
The portfolio reached 150,000+ combined followers across properties and platforms, with the flagship Instagram account contributing more than 138,000 followers.
